ON PEAK (Fri–Sun): 10 minutes = 2 024 SEK

Yes! There’s no better place to start your wingsuit journey. Our coaches will help you build body awareness, correct muscle memory, and gain control — giving you the best preparation for wingsuiting no matter what your goals are.

This is hands down the best way to get ready for that upcoming FFC. But you don’t even need to be a skydiver to train with us. Just bring the will to learn wingsuiting faster, smarter, and safer.

Start by choosing a First Visit Pac, and we’ll contact you to help with your booking.

We’ll do our best to note your request to fly with a specific coach, but we can’t guarantee availability. If you’d like to ensure flying with a particular coach, we recommend joining one of their camps or reaching out to them directly.

First choose one of our First Visit Pacs. You can choose multiple pacs if you want to buy more time.

We’ll then get in contact with you to handle your bookings, and set up a Proflyer account for you. There you’ll be able to view your bookings and availability. Once you’ve been certified by our instructors to fly solo, you’ll also be able to book your own time there. Until then, we’ll handle the bookings for you.

Popular slots fill up fast, so the sooner you book your preferred time, the better!

Check in at reception one hour before your first flight.

You will sign a waiver, get briefing, and fitted into a wingsuit (Phoenix-Fly Havoc), helmet (Tonfly TFX), back protector and harness.

If you want to use your own helmet it has to be AFNOR XP S 72-600 rated, like Tonfly TFX or Cookie G4.

We recommend comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Gloves and buffs are available for purchase.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to view your upcoming bookings and purchase flight time and coaching. When you’ve become a Certified Indoor Wingsuit Pilot, you’ll also be able to make bookings on your own.

Progression is different for everyone, so it’s hard to say exactly how long it will take to reach your goals. Many factors play a role, and each step comes with its own challenges to overcome — which is also what makes the journey so rewarding.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro, the tunnel is the most effective tool on earth for building skills. With that in mind, here’s an overview of our skill levels and ratings, along with rough time estimates.

  1. Start up training:
Introduction to the Indoor Wingsuit tunnel. Safety briefing, flight techniques and training. Everyone starts in our assist system (“the ropes”), and then fly on “the leash”. Once you can fly stable belly the instructors will sign you off as a certified Proflyer, and you can start booking time by yourself on your Proflyer account.

Flight time: usually around 30–60 minutes.

    See a video overview here.

  2. Belly flying:
    Solo and two-way belly flying

Flight time: usually around 60–180 minutes.

  3. Back flying:
    Solo and two-way back flying

Flight time: usually around 60–180 minutes.

  4. Transitions:
Transitioning smoothly between belly and back, and back to belly.

Flight time: usually around 120–240 minutes.

  5. Advanced categories:
Big suit, big suit two-way, big suit transitions, tracking suit.

Keep sharpening your skills for acrobatics, performance, competitions and more – you decide how far you want to go!

We recommend a maximum of 40 minutes of flying per day, with at least 30 minutes of rest between sessions.

More flight time is doable – especially if you’re fit and ready to push yourself – but this range tends to be optimal for progress without overload.

If you’re staying for a longer period, we suggest taking a full rest day now and then.

Day 3 is often when fatigue kicks in for many guests, so using that as a recovery day can really boost your overall progression.
